Afro Samurai

Afro Samurai is about a guy(he has no name just afro samurai) who saw his dad get killed by a man with the #2 headband. What's that you say? The headbands have numbers that show the rank of the fighter. Of course the fighter with the #1 headband is the greatest fighter in the world and he/she becomes imortal(cool yes it is Twisted Evil

) Well yeah back to the murder thing-a ma-bob-----he saw his dad het murdered and he got all angsty and swore revenge.
After a while he ran into this dojo thing and started to train.
Later someone with the #2 headband came into town and he went all out his way to find em'; resulting in the death of all his friends(not telling you just have to go watch it =P) but he still got the #2 headband and became known all around.
He met up with Ninja Ninja. But you never know if he's real or not because only afro talks to him. But those two go aroud in search of the #1 headband to get revenge for Afro's father(though ninja ninja just likes to watch).
It's a show all about ass-kicking and flashbacks(many many flashbacks)
Its very gory so if you dont like that kind of stuff this really isnt for you(cuz every episode involves tight-ass killings and mucho blood Twisted Evil

)
Other than that its very well written and the animation is just amazing. Its a mini seires so don't expect more than five episodes.
The orginal kick ass dojinishi was made by Takashi Okazaki but the show was directed by Fuminori Kizaki.
Its just kick ass all together
